only tenofovir and entecavir can be used monotherapy and only tenofovir has no resistance and can be used after lamivudine

resistance to lamivudine and adefovir is already present on many patients before tarting therapy is absolutely crazy to think about using that trash drugs today and get untreatable virus mutants.
