0.060 ptient's Lab and cut value 0.105 is that normal?

i got today my HBsAG Elisa titer result. 0.060 was my result and the cut of value is 0.105 is that normal? please help me to understand this...

NON-REACTIVE is the RESULT SIR.

Your HBsAg assay seems to be a qualitative one, the cut off value depends on the assay method and reagents used. There is no standard cut off value as it varies from assay to assay. The numbers or values are only meaningful within that assay. The lab should report positive/negative (reactive/non-reactive).
