if possible reduce sugar and use honey or fruttosio instead of sugar (i don t know in engish but it is sugar from fruit), this is healthier than plain sugar
i actually don t use sugar and very little sault beacuse i found that body just adapts and you feel sugar and sault from the food directly.i use sault only for pasta and very little on meat sometimes
the fact that coffee was toxic is just bulls*** said without any trial or proof in the 90s, at that time many things were said without a study to prove it
now studies have found offee has many antioxidants and 1-2 cups a day are also good for heart diseases
coffee, bluberries are those to show some activity on liver fibrosis
drink it anyway you like it just make sure to use best coffee quality, of course being italian i like it the italian way and i guess it is better because more concentrated than american coffee
