25mg of lycopene are in 1.5liters of tomato sauce or 50gr of concentrated tomato sauce.....
will 50gr of tomato juice instead of sause/paste work too??
it says that only concentrated can work, i m sorry bu i dont know concentrated i've always eaten tomato sause made fresh from tomato at home (i dont like the ready made type)
i think the best strategy is some from lycopene supplements and some from sauce
hello Stef
will 50gr of tomato juice instead of sause/paste work too??
because the juice is more liquid then sause and goes down much easier
yes but there is a tiny quantity on pizza, useless...
you should drink tomato sauce, i saw tomato sauce bottles for breakfast in a 4 star hotl when i was very young and worked there....i tried it....disgusting but healthy or eat 50gr of tomatoo per day
So, i like tomatoes sause on pizza.
Does it work?
