Tags: Hepatitis, Hepatitis B, antigen, contagious, negative, test

I recently gave blood and they sent me a letter that said I had the HBcAb test was positive, but the Hep B surface antigen was negative. Does this mean I got it, was contagious (most important question), and no am not contagious? The letter says that I don't have the disease and can't give it to anyone. Could I have during this time? Thank you
