About Vaccine

From
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hepatitis_B_vaccine

i have read this
An antibody level between 10 and 100 mIU/ml is considered a poor response, and these people should receive a single booster vaccination at this time, but do not need further retesting.

here is my questions
please give me answer

1.That give me information "but do not need further retesting."
   for HBag or HBantib??
2.My antibody level is 11.7 Ul/l
from this poor level can i get infection from having sex with HBV infected person

i mean it is a slim to none chance that you will ever lose your antibodies..means that you will most likely stay immune for life so dont worry too much.. not good for you :-)

if you took the boost shot then i would test in 6 week  plus or minus to see the level of antibodies..

dont worry..

well antibodies is antibodies.. u either got them or you dont. it is understood that if you got antibodies then you are immuned. the fact that you dont have the level needed isnt so scary.. u can if you choose to take a booster shot but it doesnt mean that you will get infected by having sex with an infected person.. also sex is ONE way to get infected but some will have unprotected sex and not get infected.. all depends if you are a gy or a girl bcz girls deal better with hepB than guys etc...

anyway, i wouldnt worry so much about losing my antibodies.. but i would also get a booster shot to strengthen what i aleady have
