Carls is right , you were infected in past and have recovered fully from hep B .
What is the value of hbs ab ? If it is <10 iu/ml .
Get yourself vaccinated .
Once you have good amount of antibodies , chances are rare to get it via sex . Blood transfusion / organ implants only can cause hep B then .

You are HBs Ag negative and HBcAb  positive - these most likely indicate you were previously infected with Hepatitis B and had recovered. There is no measure of HBsAb. It is very unlikely that you will not be infected with HBV through sex.
Just my opinion.
