After 2 month TDF Alt start rising
hi everyone,i m on tdf from last 2 month,after 2 month i checked my lfts my Ast and Alt star rising before treatment Alt was 29 now its 35,Ast before treatment was 21 now its 25 i m too much worried whats happning with me,i m taking 10000 iu vit d3 daily, please help
there s no difference, a alt rise is to 200-1000 and would be good because it means you are clearing, anything below 50 is about the same
it is best to have high alt during nucs because hbsag will lower faster, having alt 50 does not mean liver damage at all, alt is not a measure of liver damage, all wrong stuff, my advanced cirrhosis reversed with alt 40-70 as an example and thanks to this my hbsag also declined from 7200 to 700-1100 of today
