In order to determine whether Entecavir is working or not, you will need to test your viral load (hbvdna). From your HBsAg result (25599 iu/ml) result, it seems most likely you commenced taking Entecavir when your viral load is very high, HBeAg positive, and ALT was elevated. If this was the case, it will take Entecavir longer to reduce your viral load and normalize your ALT.
Personally, I would also check your Vitamin D3 level, and if it is normal, reduce or stop the daily supplement - you should be able to get the same benefit with exposure to the sun and good diet.

=> Vitamin-D    30.4 ng/ml
=> HBV DNA (PCR) should be received by tomorrow evening and well be shared.

Now I am looking forward to your kind response. Please note that I am currently using Entecavir from last four month.

Your viral load is very low which is excellent. It seems Entecavir is working well for you. Your HBsAg level is still high but  it will take time to come down and depend greatly on your own immune system.
However, your ALT is elevated at 79. So you and your doctor must look to see what is causing it. Are you over-weight, have high cholesterol level, fatty liver, drinking, etc?
