Am I in troubles?

Hello ,
I have hepatitis B positive with eAB+eAG Negative.
At the moment I am immigrating to Europe and far from the home and the medical services.During the last week I feel light pain in the right side of the back(around the kidney) and also front side (about 3 cm from the top spot of the bottom rib).During the same week I have really hard diarrhea, sometimes only water ;-(.
Important to say that I am taking anti depressants for last 6 months as I had some serious obsessive disorder and panic attacks.The pills are genneraly made from Paraxetine.
I am not smoking cigarettes since August as well as I have stopped to smoke marijuanna since July.(was smoking it on daily basis for 5 years)
I am not big fan of alcohol.If I drink then its really small amount.
My last test were made in July 2002 and they are showing:
ALT 53
AST 36
ALK.PHOSPHAT 76
GGT 23
BILIRUB.DIRECT 0.14
BILIRUB.TOTAL 0.92

My HBS ANTIGEN 567

So the question is if the current problems I have can be caused by serious liver problems that I need to take care immediatly? Is any chance that it can be cirhosis ?
My HBS ANTIGEN always growing, it was 200 7 years ago and now its 567 .. Is it good sign or bad?
