I was HBsAg(+),HBeAg(Neg),AntiHBs(Neg),AntiHBc(+),AntiHBe(+)with Normal LFTs since 1994, 1995, 1996.But on year 1997 HBsAg(Neg),AntiHBs5.6IU/L(Low Level),AntiHBc(+).On year 1998 HBsAg(Neg),AntiHBs1.6IU/L(Very Low),AntiHbc(+),AntiHBe(+),ALTincreased to 85IU/L,Triglyceride2.32mmol/l,Echo Fatty Liver.On year 1999 HBsAg(Neg),Anti HBs(Neg),AntiHBc(Neg),Vaccinated Hepavax-B(3 dosages).Post vaccinated AntiHBs level is low as 1.99IU/L.Tested for aFP and CEA is Normal.Echo Normal.Tested Anti HCV Negative.On year 2000,2001 and 2002 tests for Hepatitis Markers are same as on 1999 of HBs Ag(Neg),AntiHBs(Neg) and AntiHBc(+).LFTs:ALT and AST are Normal,Bilirubin 24umol/l,Triglycerides1.77mmol/l.
1)Am I a patient of Low level Hepatitis B Carrier?
2) HBs Ag (Neg) means: Was I recovered?
3)Is Anti HBs immune level lower than protective level?
4)How could diagnose me?
5)What kind of treatment I should be needed?
6)Is my future prognosis poor?
