Anti-HBc, Anti-HBe, Anti- HAV-IgG

Hello, I recently had a blood test to get my hepatitis profile and I don't know if these results are good or bad news.  Thanks so much for your help, these are the results:

I.   Anti-HBc             Negative
      Patient's count       1.399
      Cut off Value         1.000

II.  Anti-HBe             Negative
      Patient's count       1.708
      Cut off value         1.000

III. Anti-HAV-IgG         Negative
      Patient's count       416.0
      Cut off value         156.0

They noted that counts below the cut off value is considered reactive.  Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for the info. Actually it is strange I went to UAE and worked there for over 5 years, my Hepa result before was fine (5 years ago).

I consulted also a Doctor outright nakuha ko tong result and advised me to do retesting kasi parang mali daw ang result.

I'll keep you posted and let you know my 2nd result.

Thank you and have a good day ahead.

It looks like you had acute hbv long ago maybe 15-20 years ago and successfully recovered from it. But with the time you have lost your immunity.
You may still have some antibodies because your test of HbsAb is just at cutoff value, it is strange that the lab put non reactive for this test, actually it means the test failed.
But anyway you are fine and if you want you can get vaccinated to get your immunity back.

you aren't infectious yet if your positive for HBsAg. but if your negative for HBsAg get vaccinated immediately.
