Any treatment faster than taking Zefix everyday for HBSAG Reactive?

My husband was given Zefix as soon as his test result came up. However he stopped for a year due to financial crisis and now he went back to the doctor to check and treat his condition. Now the test result shown as follows:
Test: HBSAG
Count: 3456
Cut-off Value: 1.0
Result: Reactive

We are now serious in making his condition better. His previous count (last year) only is 2650.

To follow up, is his count implies his is very serious?

Thank you for the info.

May I know what are the tests that are relevant to do in able to gauge my husband's specific hepa b condition?

Yes, the Zefix is the Lamivudine. Will go to other doctor if this mutates the virus.

Hi,
Regarding your values, i think it doesn't matter to much if this was a qualitative test and not QUANTITATIVE. If you want to see the real hbsAg level  this should be in UI/ML.
Is this Zefix called Lamivudine  ?  This is not used anymore because it can mutate the virus. Maybe some experienced user will explain you better. Good luck!

sngtala start tenofovir and stop zeffix(lamivudine) as soon as possible, it only worsen infection, now the only drug you can use is tenofovir
Thank you all for your answers. Appreciate it much.
