Are we deficient in our B Vitamins?

This had me wondering, with my recent "symptom" and how quick it was resolved with taking B12, how deficient are we in our B Vitamins and which ones should we be looking at to resolve any issues?

I know a few people who take B12 injections. I wonder just how deficient I am in some of these B Vitamins. Is there a test for them all? I take dissolvable B12 tablets, they said they are the best. I think the most they come in is 5,000 mcg

I take B-12 injections. don't know what I'd do without them. My stuff started after I had not had any injections for almost a year. I thought I didn't need them anymore. I was wrong. Can't use B-12 pills. They don't break down the same way for me. If you google it you will read just how important those B vitamins are for your liver.
