Baraclude... "if you stop taking this your HEPB may get worse"

I went for a second opinion regarding my HEPB status and the 2nd doctor is recommending me to take Baraclude. Ive done some research and i read that when u stop taking baraclude ur HEPB status MAY get worse within 6 months of stopping taking it.

here is my latest bloodwork

SGPT: 28
HBEAG Non-reactive
HBVDNA 180k IU/ml
HBSAG QUANT 6600 IU/ml

I have a few questions

1. Should i take this for a lifetime?
2. When can i stop treatment?
3. If i stop then my HEPB gets worse... Should i take baraclude again?
4. If i stop will i develop HEPB mutations?
5. Will this drug bring more good than bad?

that drug can cure only liver damage while totally useless on hbv, this answers ur questions.

if you start it you can only worsen if you have no liver damage, it might be useful in combos
