Bilirubin and Gamma GT Reading

Greetings is there anyone who can help me to understand.

I am Hypothyroid but found that I had been severely overdozed putting me into a Hyperthyroid state.  Bad tremors, headaches, swelling of my ankles and weigh about 45 Kilograms.  Was put onto 125mg of Armour Thyroid together with 0.1mg Thyroxin.  Intake has now been dropped to 40 grams Armour Thyroid and 50 Thyroxin for the past 4 days.  My liver function indicated a High Bilirubin Direct Count of 0.23 instead of 0.20mg/dl Referance range for convent. Result or 3.9 for SI Result 3.4 umol/L range.  Gamma GT is high 87 instead of Conv. Results 6-42U/L SI Result same.  Cholesterol HDL Direct 97 2.51 Cholesterol LDL direct 65 or 1.68 Tryglycerides 51 or 0.6.  Renal function all within range but Chloride L on 96.  I spent a few days in hospital with severe pain on the right hand side just under the rib cage. body felt very hot yet no fever when taken and also had a bad Urinirary tract infection.  Ultrasound indicated no problem, no jaudice and I do not look yellow at all.  My gall bladder was removed many years ago.  What could this be?  Antibiatoics was given but still have slight pain on the right rest of symptoms improved.
