Borderline HBsAg result after Twinrix vaccination
Hello. Last Feb. 1, I had my first dose of Twinrix vaccine (which is combined Hepa A and B vaccine). On Feb. 4, I made blood test, HBsAg, and the result is borderline (1.04). I just spoke to the nurse on the phone so Im not sure. Does this mean Im Hepa B reactive/positive? Could this be because of the vaccine? I know, its stupid, but my boss said that doing this could give a false positive result. What to do? I did it already and it showed borderline result. When can I have blood test again to make sure if its true result or not. I was advised to have blood test again after 1 month or before I have the second dose of vaccine injected.. What should I do?...
