Can anybody here interpret my result for being positive in Hepa B

I was diagnosed of having Hepa B last October 2015 because I attempted to go abroad. I think I got this from year 2012 or 2013 when I help a girl that is so drunk and something happened to us that time. Please help me understand my current situation. I have results here with my test.. Examination: SGPT(ALANINE AMINO TRANSFERASE)RESULT:37.3 NORMAL ,    VALUE: 5-35 U/L,   REMARKS:NONE   EXAMINATION:HBSAG(QUANTITATIVE)RESULT:POSITIVE , NORMAL VAUE:NEGATIVE and my ultrasound result is : THE LIVER IS NORMAL SIZE AND EXHIBITS A HOMOGENOUS PARENCHYMAL MASS LESION SEEN. THE GLAND OUTLINE IS SMOOTH. THE PORTAL VEIN INTRAHEPATIC AND COMMON BILE DUCT ARE NOT DILATED. CBD = 3.3MM NORMAL CALIBER .  THE GALLBLADDER IS NORMAL IN SIZE WITH ECHOFREE LUMEN. THE GALLBLADDER WALL IS NOT ABNORMALLY THICKENED. NO PERICHOLECYSTIC UNUSUALLITIES SEEN.  IMPRESSION: SONOGRAPHICALLY NORMAL LIVER, GALLBLADDER AND BILARY DUCTS. Please help me po para ma-intindihan ko po ang aking sitwasyon.

Check Hbeag status and HBV DNA....

Have the fibroscan or liver biopsy to find out the early liver decease.
Did you check you Hbeag=?
You mean to say "HBSAG(QUANTITATIVE)" is undetectable?
