Can someone help me interpret my result

Hep B core AB -      positive
Hep B surface AB - positive
Hep  surface AG-    Negative

As Nmarius said, since your Hep B core antibody is positive, it means you were infected with the virus at one time earlier, but it looks your body has cleared the infection, because you no longer have hepb surface antigen, and your Hep b surface antibody is positive. Get your hep b surface antibody quantity in mIU/ml, and if that is equal to or above 10mIU/ml you're protected.

Hi!
According to your results you are protected against HBV. You should check your hbsab in iu/l and if the levels are under 10 you should do the vaccine against hbv. Due the fact that hbc ab is positive that s mean that you had infection at one time in the past, but your immune system clear it. Good luck!
