I've seen conflicting reports about this and thought I'd ask here. I took a very small sip out of mixed vodka out of a glass from someone who I hardly know, which was a poor choice on my part. What bothers me is this person appeared to be kind of "scummy" so too speak and I later found out this person had supposedly been in the Pen before. There were no visible cuts or anything. But I'm starting to worry about this. I had an STD test last November, which also including testing for Hepatitis and I got a negative result for it.
I barely put the glass to my lips and I barely sipped from it. I don't shoot up anything and I haven't had sexual intercourse in over a year. I also don't share things like toothbrushes or razors with anyone. I was at a party and made an unwise choice about drinking after someone. Should this be anything to be worried over? I thought I'd ask here first, because my doctor probably thinks I'm a hypochondriac with as many times as I go to him over things that I worry about alot, that turn out to be nothing. I've seen some conflicting reports about how hep B is spread and though I'd ask here. I apologize in advance if my question is dumb. I'm just the type of person that always worries over something.
I think U are pretty safe. According to my doctor... oni when blood meet blood then you will get infected. This is oni for HBV. I ask this question to my doctor too. And this is how he reply me..... blood meet blood. Other then tht we are quite safe.
