Can you help me understand?

10/14/09 I was in medical center for check my blood.I have results:
Hepatitis B core AB, IgM  REACTIVE.
Hep B SURF AG  NON REACTIVE
Hep B SURF AB  1718.0  Antibody present and detected.
Bilirubin,total 1.1mg/dL
Carbon dioxide 32 mEq/L
Another results in normal.
Doctor sign me as Chr. Hepatitis B. It's right? Doctor didn't give me any prescription for treat or supprort my liver.He said what I'm lucky, don't worry. But I have some questions. Should I take some medicaton? Can I transfer HepB virus to sexual partner? Please, dive me explaination.

means you don't have HepB.  

Hep B SURF AB  1718.0  Antibody present and detected.

means you are immune to HepB.
