tnx again...

very good pointers.... i have a check up tomorow, but, what if doctor said that i need to undergo treatment with out the biopsy, what will your advice? what can i tell to my doctor? the bottomline is if i don't have liver damaged no need for treatment? for the meantime.... i will just need closely monitoring of my condition? that's what are you trying to say?.... thx again for the help

if there is no liver damaged is it ok not to go on treatment?

yes but you have to choose yourself with a good doctor

was it ok to go on healthy lifestyle and vitamins only as maintenance?

if you use antioxidants like in hepatitistechnologies products you will regress liver damage and will have no future liver damage despite hbv replication.vitamins and antioxidants have no effect on virus but will lower oxidative stress which is the cause of liver damage, the virus doesn t damage the liver it is mainly oxidative stress due to immune system inflammation and in a very little part indirectly from some virus antigens like hbx

is the hbv will not replicate anymore?
it will replicate anyway but it is not replication of the virus to make liver damage directly, it is oxidative stress.those with a good antioxidative response never have liver damage even without vitamins and despite high hbvdna

or much better to go for anti virals?
if there is no liver damage i'd wait for better drugs like interferon lambda, alinia, gcmaf

if you can affird buy the hepatitistechnologies pack otherwise check the ingredients and try to eat the same antioxidants and vegetables contained there in your diet plus the vitamins in pack

vitamin D and E are the main ones and also low cholesterol helps

try to strengthen your immune system.

no this is wrong, immune system is blind in cronic hbv and cant make nothing to the virus while it makes all the damge to the liver.immune system and inflammation must be kept low if not using immune modulators with natural antinlammatories like those in fibroguard of hepatitistecnologies

you anti hbe and ante hbcigG to help your body fight your hepa b virus
these antibodies are useless....only hbsab antibody can have an impact on hbv together with high titers of hbcab, if no hbsab there is nothing to do

more vitamin e and c, proper diet and exercise.
this is very good for the liver damage but immune system keeps being blind as long as hbsag is present

hbsag suppress immune function totally, we are now trying gcmaf to see if macrophages can be activated and immune system return to normal and clear hbv, we will know in 24-48weeks if this can happen on gcmaf post

all i know about cirrhosis is that it is the end stage of our illness. try to strengthen your immune system. that will provide you anti hbe and ante hbcigG to help your body fight your hepa b virus. more vitamin e and c, proper diet and exercise.

tnx for the quick reply, my doctor told me about gerd, and i have it. im drinking pantoprazole every morning before meal, but i dont know if is it co-related with gerd, doctor havn't explain with regards to gerd/heathburn in detailed as he was focusing on my hep b. i was just thinking that it was all in my mind, as i am adjusting and in learning process to accept this illness. i am also thinking twice for the treatment bcoz its to much expensive and im not sure if i can provide financially the whole cycle of treatment. i don't know if we have fibroscan here in our country but im pretty sure that what we have here is liver biopsy, and just incase there was no liver damaged at all, do i need to to for the treatment? what's is your suggestion? by the way, thank you very much for providing us more info about hepa b, you are helping a lot of people don't have knowledge about hepa b.

hbv makes no damage like this...it is cirrhosis end stage to make problems like this, check liver damage by fibroscan

99% your problem is due to soemthing else but liver must be monitored by fribscan anyway if you have hbsag positive
