Change from Hepatitus(hepatitis) B pos. to neg.

Hi, there. I had recently gotten some bloodwork done to determine my hepatitus (hepatitis) B status. Years ago, I had the same test done and the results were as follows:

HB CORE AB, TOTAL      POSITIVE (out of range)   Ref. range Neg.

Now my status says that the results of the HB Core AB (IGM) are Negative, Ref. range Negative. I'm a little confused as to what this actually means. Does it mean that I no longer have the virus in my blood, or the antibodies in my blood? I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
