I was tested HbsAg +ve in 2002.  I was in Indian Navy and retired last year.  Undergone PegInterferone therapy of 16 wks during 2002.   But it made no changes to my Hepatitis status other than HbeAg became -ve post therapy.  I've not taken any medication later.  Now my results are ;

HBV DNA - 8800 IU/mL,     Bilirubin - 1.71,  AST - 32,  ALT - 37

I'm 36 yrs old.   At this stage any medication is required  ?  Request suggestions from all friends..................

i see you are from india so you have both hbsag quant and fibroscan, check them and later we can suggest

also browse old posts there is a very good clinic/doctors in india posted by other members

also fibroscan is a must otherwise your liver damage is unknown, did you had biopsy recently?

without hbsag quant in iu/ml we cannot say if you can clear hbv by tdf+intf
