Hbsag rose from 6480 to 10769 after 6months of tdf and 3months of peg 2b

Yeah hbv was 130 iu at the start of peg, 4days bak alt was 85iu. Is ntz also responsible for alt rise?

if hbvdna is very low or und even a flare of alt at 104 can do something

Damn I am on peg 2b and tdf 10th week therapy and currently depressed as no doc is prescribing this combo and I am doing it on my own seeing the websites. I am not getting high alt flare just 104 being max. I think I ve failed.
