Could My Wife Be At Risk?

When I was first diagnosed, My wife got tested and all lab works came back normal. She started taking the vaccine course. She've already had the two of the three shots.
The thing is, We're ready for a kid and v'been trying. I'm scared having unprotected sex might put her at risk and I don't know what I'd do when that happens.
Is it possible she might be at risk? Couple of wks ago she had a DNA analysis and it came back normal But I'm still uncomfortable each time we have unprotected sex cos I came across a posting here about how you can re-infect yourself if tooth brushes are not changed regularly when you're undetectable.
Could you be immune even without all the 3 vaccine shots?  If she's immune, is there a slightest possibility she might still be at risk?
Thank you guys in advance.
