Do antibiotics affect HBsAG test ?

What about the flu medications ( Claranase or flutap ) do they make any deference with the result ?

the antibiotics doesn t make any difference on hbsag you can take it even durigng the test

I have sore throat and I wanna take Zythromax for 3 day
is it ok ?
am planning to get tested 2 weeks left and I dont wanna get inaccurate result because of the antibiotic

no they don t but they should be avoided whenver possible because some antibiotics can also lead to liver failure

when i was inactive carrier i had several hbv reactivations after using potent antiobiotics for more than 2 weeks, not every time but more than two times (i was hbvdna und at that time)
