Does anyone know where to get entecavir, epivir or hepsera for a more reasonable price? We live in US. Middle class family without government subsidise. Our insurance do not cover medicine. entecaver us$900.mo epivir $300.mo hepsera $750 mo.

Buying online from Canada might be cheaper, but there is no guaranty of quality.  In China, all these medicines are made with different brandnames.  Again, but there is no guaranty of quality.

If you google Tenofovir by Cipla you get results like this 'Cipla, one of the largest generics companies in India, is already marketing a generic version of tenofovir, called tenvir, at a cost of $700 per person per year ...
Thus if you are in true financial and health distress with HBV needing antiviral treatment, Tenofovir, which was just approved at August 11 in the US for HBV  ( and several weeks earlier in the EU) and is extremely powerful against HBV, could be used and would be a superior choice. You might find Internet pharmacies that will ship this to you, for example , from the Fidji islands. The possibilities in this new international world are astounding....
Why cant you get your antivirals covered by your insurance?

Thank you for the information. My son's insurance doesn't cover medicine. Because he buy his insurance on his own not through a group or a company. Do you know of any health insurance that covers medicine without going through a company?

I would also like to bump this thread.  Where are good places to find generics for people in the US of Tenofovir?  Is PharmacyChecker.com a legit site?  Their main recommendations for TDF are for NorthWestPharmacy.com, but I've read all these reviews that say to watch out, while other reviews says that it's all good.  I can never tell if these reviews are fakes put out by big pharma, or if people really do get ripped off ordering from Canadian Pharmacies.

they cannot use fake antivirals because you ll immediately see hbvdna sky high, plus viread was announced to be sold at as liittle a 7usd per month iin some poor asian countires due to the competitors taking all the market

i bet they are not losing money on 7usd per month.....

we are also checking with other members labs to check purity, these are easy tests and it may be cheap too
