i mean there is no change in your alt numbers, from 60 to 70 is nothing
those stupid doctors never told us what are our HBVDNA , and hbsag level at. Ibro and I are in the same insurance company.
i have remember my alt was 90 but after i took entecavir 0.5 down to 45alt.
I am kind of worry about my medication now. those entecavir 1mg i really canot cut it to half. when i cut it the pill broken so much........phew wtf the KP insurance still holding me up, i cannot see another doctor cuz i cannot get the termination number.......I always keep calling them everyday and hold me 45mins to 1 hour on the phone. and i talked to their manager yesterday I need to call back on next monday. WTF how hard to get the termination number. I canceled since Jan 22nd. phew.
I am very Stif2011 so you mean that it is a good sign? Thanks again.

that s not difference, they are the same
Appoligize stif for the misleading "fold" word it is raised my ALT from 60 to 70 and my AST from 29 to 39. Thanks again.
you have to worry about alt values only on decompensated cirrhosis or when more than 1000 on advanced cirrhosis.
if hbvdna is not very high like below 20.000iu/ml you may be able to clear many infected cells and have a lowering of hbsag
no it happens only to few lucky ones because it means there is no immune suppression due to the antiviral and hbsag or hbvdna is lowered faster.most have immune suppression together with hbvdna undetectable and no effect on hbsag
