My fibrosis test came at F3, the test was done with fibrotest And how reliable is this test?

what is the deference between fibroscan and fibrotest or is it the same thing?
In 2010 I had a biopsy and it was F1, since then I have been taking viread and if not all but most of the time my hbvdna was und or <20, my alt <24 and ast <17.
Now I just got my fibrotest and it came at F3 (advance stage)
I thought with low hbdna and normal ALT The Fibrosis should have been less. Is there anything I am doing wrong to cause it or is there anything I can do to reverse it? Your thoughts please
