@sis30....l do not understand the language you wrote above neither was l able to interpret it, thanks.

hbvdna is still positive so you still have virus replications ? Please explain and how can l get alt below 30 since l now have 39.Thanks
@ stefano....l just discovered having hep b in February this year never had of hep b before and from my understanding having anti-HBc-IgM negative is a sign of chronic hep.b which is more than 6 month so should l try Alinia like you suggested? the hbsag quantity is not known for now guess l have to get that from my doctor when next l go for blood work. Normal ALT for men is below 30 u said but my doc said its normal ?
to be absolutely sure you are inactive carrier you must check with hbsag quantity

according to the quantity of hbsag you might try alinia if you know for sure you have hbsag positive more than 6 months or just monitor, you have only two things which are not normal according to latest guidelines:
normal alt for men is below 30
hbvdna is still positive so you still have virus replication which is not a problem if you get alt below 30
abdominal pain is due to liver inflamation, liver gets bigger because of inflamation and press on surrouding organs, that's why you feel little pain
@sharp7........thanks for ur comment. What l understood from the link you posted is that l am an inactive carrier, am l right ? Is DNA low enough ? Can l still clear the virus left ? do l need treatment now ? Thanks
All your blood markers show that your Hep B is stable and harmless to yourself. Read this for more details:

The symptoms you feel now are either psychosomatic, or they are caused by something that is not Hep B. Most of us who have chronic Hep B feel no symptoms at all. And when some of us do feel symptoms, their ALT scores are over 10 times what you have.
