Got my exam results back. What do they mean?

Went to donate blood a year ago, had to go there for a blood check. Only went back to pick up the results many months later (life got in the way, guess I've done the wrong thing). They said I have hep b. I then did a few tests few days ago and these are the results. I'll go back to the doctor next week, but I've been feeling so blue lately that I decided to look for help here.

My results are as follows:
TGO/AST 21
TGP/ALT 27
HBctotal 11,99 / Reactive
HBV PCR 834 UI/ml
HBEAG Non Reactive

It does look like you have chronic Hepatitis B. Being HBeAg neagtive, hbvdna < 2,000 iu/ml and ALT normal, I guess you are in the Immune Control(inactive) phase, and treatment is not necessary at this stage. Maybe your doctor will advise a Fibroscan to check the state of your liver as a precaution. No smoking, no drinking, healthy diet , regular exercise, and regular checkup, you will be fine.

Stefen at what age a Asian girl stert to screening of HCC my dr only suggest Hbv DNA and liver function test
Generally, over 50. Screening is just ultrasound + AFP.
I see. Sad news, then.

I don't drink or smoke.

What are the effects for me? Besides being inffectious, that is.

The ultrasound I underwent showed nothing worth noting, according to the doctor.

Is it possible that I'll one day clear the virus from my blood?

This feels so awful. :\
