HBA-DNA quantitative
sir,
I have positive result of HBA-DNV Quantification,serum by real time SDS is 1339 IU/ml
log value 3.12, and doctor prescribed lemivir and adesera tablets once a day for minimum of
one year. Whether this result is serious or not, when will cure ? shall I take food as
usual ? please let me know,

thank u for ur reply. plz let me know the meaning of tx.. and alinia off label what it means. now I hav started tablets of Lamivir HBV and adesera 10mg (adefdvi) from 06.02.2010,and also my Dr.preferred me to take tablets either Tenofovir or Entacavir. Because of high rate of this tablets I preferred the above tablets and past one months I stopped alcohal.

in this situation do not start any tx because it is not needed and can make damage, do not drink any alcool
if you like you can try alinia off label, it should lower hbsag and make seroconvertion if hbsag is already very low

your hbv is inactive just monitor every 3 months, you can also monitor hbsag quantity inactive hbv has 1000-1500iu/ml

my SGOT(AST) value is 22 ref. range is < 40 u/l and
SGPT(ALT) value is 19 ref. range is <41 u/l
plz inform me whether this is serious one and let me know
