Do you have any other lab results such as āeā antigen or āeā antibody?
It is possible to get rid of HBV, but not very likely once it becomes chronic. If you have remained positive for HBsAg for longer than 6 months, then you are considered to have chronic HBV.
The good news is that your HBV DNA is undetectable. You doctor may keep you on Baraclude and then slowly take you off of it to see if your immune system can control the virus on its own without anymore help from anti-viral medication.
Maybe some others here will have more info/ideas about your condition.
When you don't know the basic and ask such a vague question, it's really hard to answer. It's like trying to explain complexities of Devising Mechanisms from Rate Laws and the Michaelis-Menten Equation to someone who never took basic chemistry.
