HBSag Negative with HBeAB postive

1 month back I was suffering from severe fever and my doctor asked me to take blood test.
Found that I had Jaundice and Hepatitis B.

My medical Report showed:

HBSAg - Negative
HBeAB - Positive
HBeAg - Negative
HBC IgM - Negative
HBs Antibody - Non Reactive

My doctor said its not curable, some body please advice me is it acute or chronic.
And what I need to do become immune

your doctor is not a doctor, do change doctor absolutely.choose a good liver specialist

you need hbv dna pcr to know the quantity of virus and also alt/ast and fibroscan to know if you have liver damage, once you have these tests a good liver specialist can suggest if you need therapy or not

interferon, tenofovir or entecavir are the recomended first line agents

do not use lamivudine or adefovir if a doctor suggests these tx, they are weak and have a high percentage of virus mutation and resistance

interferon no resistance, entecavir 1,2% at 6 years, tenofovir 0% at 3 years

igm anti hbc - negative
anti hbs.       - negative

can hbsag and anti hbs be negative at the same time?

Is it possible he is developing anti hbs as hbsag and hbeab are negative?

So any one please advice me, am I in a critical condition and
also diet needed for this.

Should I move to Ayurveda??

am I suffering from acute or chronic Hep B.

check hbvdna pcr that will tell the quantity of the virus if there is any

it is possible you are seroconverting hbs ab you will know after you check hbvdna pcr (very sensitive test)
