HBV + diagnosed 2 years ago

I am HBV positive, diagnosed 2 years ago, no treatment yet.. i've been suffering from GERD, Chronic soft stool everyday, with series of dizziness, weakness difficulty in swallowing and breathing, Normal ALT, with red blood cell at urine, kidney doctor said is it normal to person living with HBV. my most concern is im consistently loosing weight, from 88 kgs. down to 68kgs. in two years time, please help me, i'm very disappointed with my condition.
