The desired goal is to have hbvdna not detectable, however it is not always achievable even with the most potent antiviral, as each individual is different. As long as your hbvdna is < 2,000 iu/ml and ALT remains persistently normal, then you are responding to treatment. As Telbivudine may develop drug resistance after several years of use, you must have regular checkup.

Thanks for your reply.Yes now im under treatment condition. My Doctor advise me Tab Sebivo 600 (Telbivudine) and im using that medicine since last six month.Have I any chance to be my HBV DNA level will zero ???
Thnx.
1 crore is 10^7. So obviously your DNA levels have been significantly reduced. The lower the hbvdna level, the better, whether you are on treatment or not. You also need to check at least your ALT.
