HBV DNA 13000 copies/ml. Do I need treatment?

I got HBV from my mother since birth. Genotpe C. HBsAg+ HBeAb+ HBcAb+. Last year my HBV DNA was 2300 copies/ml. ALT and AST were normal. But this year my latest HBV DNA was 13000 copies/ml. ALT was still normal. AST was 49. My Frbroscan was OK. Do I need treatment? Some doctors said yes, but others said no. Is there a guideline somewhere?

There are 3 major Hepatitis B guidelines, 2 out of which are written after 2010:

- Asian-Pacific one:

- European one:

just don't mess up with DNA when you read guidelines...as copies/ml are not same as IU/ml, you'll need to convert them
