My HBV IU/mL was 101,511,000.
After 3 months another test now it is, 116,000,000

I'm 28 years only.

Is this number too high or less? Like is there a way to found at what stage i'm in for HBV. I asked same question to the Dr. he had told there is no way to find at what i'm now.

If you are HBeAg positive and have normal ALT then most likely you are in the Imune Tolerance phase. Yes, your HBVdna load is considered high and is typical of patients in the Immune Tolerance phase.
