HBV Infectivity

Hi community, i want to know if there are any studies about the degree of hbv infectivity based on viral load. How infective is someone with undetectable hbv dna and under treatment with antivirals? Here, i'm thinking of all possible ways of hbv transmission, thanks.

I got similar response from my doc, very very low. See my previous posts for my story on that. Everybody that I was with was tested and nobody got infected.

Last time my GI Dr. told me when my hbv e-antigen went undetected, around the same time when my baby was a few months old, I was asking about my infectious would be extremely low.

If HBeAg is negative & HBV DNA is < 1000 iu/ml  , then risk of transmitting HBV is very low.
