HBV Vaccine

GOod evening everyone
I hope you will be fine and will answer my question.
here is my question
today i tested my anti-body for HBV
it shows positive 50ml/mUl (10<reactive)
could i have sex with my girlfriend who has HBV??
how many insurance can the vaccine/anti- body give for life??

i am not expert on vaccine but i read trials in the past and you don't risk any cronic hepatitis B at 100% from hbs ab vaccine and will have a high percentage of protection from disease but not 100% protection, so you might have a mild hepatitis
i'd use condom and safe sex.
you can also make another injection to develop higher titer of antibody hbs, this type of vaccine should be for life but i would check titer every 10 years in your case

i read about studies for better vaccines to develope more antibodies, hbc ab and hbs ab to have full protection but don't know if they worked or are now on sale, you can check studies and trials on this link, search for hbv vaccine:
