The HBsAb test will be positive for people who have recovered from the virus. If I understand correctly the normal range in your labe, it looks as if up to 10 means negative. Since your test is <3 your result is negative. With the results of the HBsAg this means that either you have been infected recently and haven't recovered yet, or that you are a chronic carrier of the virus and your body didn't produce any antibodies against it.
