HBsAb 21.1 Reactive but HBsAntigent Reactive

I did my blood test on 16.6.10 which showed:
Hep.Bs Antigen (Qualitative) is Reactive
Hep.Bs Antibody 21.1 Reactive mIU/ML >10.0Reactive
HBeAntigent is non-reactive, HBeAb is Reactive
Previously I was tested Non-Reactive for HBsAb,
does the latest result show I now have antibody and am immuned to hepatitis B, but why is HBsAntigent at the same time is Reactive? Pls comment. Thanks

Hep.Bs Antigen (Qualitative) is Reactive.
check hbsag quntitative in iu/ml if decreasing you are seroconverting if steady or incresing you have a mutant hbv and hbsab is not usefull

you should also check hbv genome for mutations, very specialized lab needed or just wait and see if hbsab gets higher and hbsag gets less

Hep.Bs Antibody 21.1 Reactive mIU/ML, antibody is still low for a seroconversion check if it increases 250-1000mIU/ml

the probability is for seroconversion, hbv mutants are rare
