HBsAg 250,hbv-dna 860,hbeAg negetive

i am HBsAg 250,since 3 year , i have not taken any medicine till now, now hbv-dna 860,hbeAg negetive my dr did not prescribe any medicine ,what I should do to bring HbsAg negative . Should I take Tenofovir to reduce HBsAg under 20.
please advise me.

i am HBsAg 250  iu/ml by CMIA METHOD, BHeAg  0.124  by (ELECSYS 2010 )since 3 year , i have not taken any medicine till now, now hbv-dna 860,hbeAg negetive my Dr did not prescribe any medicine ,what I should do to bring HbsAg negative ..

250 is likely the test with no diluition and no quantification, the lab who did the test fraud you because too lazy to make diluition of blood sample to test exactly hbsag quantity

also what is the unit after 250 hbsag can be quantified in iu/ml only

tenofovir has no effect on hbsag, make fibroscan, real hbsag quantity, hbeag and then we may know your status and what you can do

the only thing to clear hbsag in 50% and probably more by the years is:
tenofovir for 3 or more years and after this add on of peginterferon to another 2 years
