Please, does LFT show much of the liver status? I stopped going for my morning jogging because I thought it was not good for a person with Hepatitis B. What is your take on that? I also stopped taking a drug for some months now after I was told that lavumidine is poison. I have received suggestions to take tenofovir. can I start it right away or I need to do some check up before I start. Please, I need help.

Hello exercise is very good for you.  When a doctor looks at your blood work he/she will look at your LFT and also AST and there are a few other blood levels they check.
I used to worry about one number being out of the range, then my doctor explained they look at the patient and blood work as a whole, not just the one number.

Exercise is good for everyone, especially for people with Hepatitis B - keep the weight down and tone the immune system. You should check your liver functions,  ALT and hbvdna after stopping Lamivudine. See a doctor and start Tenofovir if necessary. Don't start/stop on your own without consulting a doctor experienced in HBV treatments.
