HELP!!!

When you get your result  hbsag negative from 7 weeks potential exposure and you took immediately your HEP B vaccine, will your first shot vaccine prevents the virus from occurring?  if you complete your vaccine schedule, are you still going to be positive? Getting vaccinated immediately after getting hbsag negative result will prevent hep b virus in your body?  are there any cases that you're hbsag negative but hbsab positive?

thanks cajim. I'm just verry worried that I will turn out postive on hep b eventhough im waiting for my 3rd vaccine this next couple of months. Please tell me if I can be positive eventhough I took my vaccine immediately after I got my hbsag neg. what are the things I need to be doing now?
