HEP B BLOOD TEST - BORDERLINE RESULTS

I got tested 2 months ago with a Boderline result from the lab...I'm pretty sure I've been vaccinated from my former jobs but it has been about 8-9 years since the vaccination. My dr. drew another sample and stated that there may be different results like exposed but due to vaccinated not active. Can someone help me out with the possibilities? My dr. is not very clear at times.

The result sheet stated this exactly:

Hepatitis B Surface Antibody QL

Collection Date 11/25/2014
Result Date 11/28/2014

Result - Borderline (Non-Reactive) A

So not sure if it was HBsAg or HBsAb? Any comments? Appreciate the response sorte
