If I have HB e Ag negative though core Ag positive. Do I still need medication

Please read your test results carefully. Most likely, you are not core AG positive, but HBcAb (antibody to core AG) positive.

Whether to treat or not depends on many factors, best to consult a liver specialist doctor.

Yeah its HEP 'B' Core IgG (HBcIgG) Positive and HEP 'B' e Antigen (HBeAg) Negative.

IgG is antibody.
