updated guidelines from 2009 says hbvdna 2000iu/ml for both hbe negative and positive

in case of severe fibrosis/cirrhosis any detactable hbvdna needes treatment

only european guidelines are updated, easl.US guidelines are not updated since 2008 so do not consider them because obsolete
