HOW TO CURE Y HEPA B

i have a medical results of my,hepa b profile:HBsAG-COV-1.000, PCR 4555.0 reactive
Anti-HBs-COV-10.000,PCR <2.00 non-reactive,Anti-HBc/gC 1.000,PCR 0.007 reactive
Anti-HBe-COV-1.000,PCR 0.004 reactive,HBE-Ag-COV- 1.000,PCR 0.085 non-reactive.according to the doctor finding is non-reactive,non infectious,healthy carrier.My question, i want to under go vaccine,is it possible ?is there any medicine should i take,and what is the name of medicine should i take? because before the DOCTOR advice me to take LIVERMINT CAPSULE and i take that,even when i still on board on the ship,but when i finished to take all the medicine while i stiil on board, i stop because i cannot fined the same medicine in abroad.so please give me some advise what should i take to clear my hepa b,what medicine,?do we have that kind of medicine here in the philippines? thank u very much...please help me
